ALLERGIES

Allergies?

Chamomile Remedy for Allergy

Chamomile has been found to be a very effective way to treat allergies. If you have puffy, watery, and itching eyes, make some chamomile tea and let it cool down. Once it has cooled, soak two cotton balls into the tea and apply to your eyes. The itching and irritation should disappear almost immediately. For other allergy irritations such as runny nose and itchy throat, drink the tea either hot or cold.

Use of honey and petroleum jelly

Add some honey to boiled minced grapefruit and lemon. Have this solution three times a day. To stop irritation in your nose, apply little petroleum jelly inside your nose. Boil chamomile in water and inhale fumes from the water.
